A workshop for teen girls: Has your teen tried remedy after remedy to clear their skin without success? Do you feel you're constantly preaching advice and monitoring their self-care? Join Liz Abel, Licensed Integrative Nutritionist, and Stacy Kelly, Certified Holistic Health Coach, for this interactive workshop designed to address both teen and parent concerns. We will separate for education and discussion, and then regroup to develop an action plan.
