Right Tree, Right Place

Tree health and sustainability in the landscape are largely dependent on selecting the appropriate tree before planting. Learn the process of selecting the right tree for the right site to maximize the longevity of your plant after installation. This program takes place in person at Mt. Cuba Center on Saturday, April 6, 2024. About the Instructor: Nicole DeLizzio is the Arborist Assistant at the Mt. Cuba Center. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources and a minor in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation. With a combined passion for trees and art, she has deep dived into the art of pyrography and wood burns frequently.
