The Newark Police Department is sponsoring Explorer Post 993 for the 2015 – 2016 school year.

The Explorer program is a great opportunity to learn about and experience various aspects of law enforcement. Explorer Post 993 is for youth who are 13 – 19 years old. Meetings will be held once a month during the school year with additional dates for service projects and other events.

There will be an informational meeting on September 21, 2015 from 7 PM to 8:30 PM at the Newark Police Department (220 South Main Street, Newark DE 19711). All following meetings will be on the 3rd Monday of the month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
