Newark Parks and Recreation will be hosting a series of Wednesday night concerts featuring youth ages six through seventeen, Concerts will be held on the Academy Building lawn from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. beginning June 3 and running through June 24. Interested performers should visit the City of Newark webpage (www.cityofnewarkde.us) or call the Newark Parks and Recreation Department. Individuals and groups are welcome, but pre-registration is required.

Parking fees are in effect downtown during the concerts. On rain days the concert will be cancelled.  Please call the Leisure Time Hotline at 366-7147 on rain days for more information.
