Newark police investigating bank robbery

On April 20 at approximately 11 a.m., a white male suspect approached a teller at PNC Bank at 425 New London Road in Newark. The suspect passed the teller a note demanding money and then left with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect fled by unknown means in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25 to 30 years of age, 5’9” or 5’10”, medium build, wearing a dark blue hooded jacket and jeans.

No surveillance footage is being released at this time.
